Why are we conducting this election?

This ballot is to vote on the proposed First Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Spring Branch Townhomes. A full copy of the proposed amendment has been emailed. It is also available on the community homepage, attached to the meeting notice, and accessible through the myRedDog owner app. A copy can be emailed to you upon request. A Town Hall Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to answer any questions regarding the proposed changes. You can vote online until midnight on Monday, October 20th.
