Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of The S.A. Pembroke Village Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Pocket Park, located at the end of Pembroke Lane.

If a quorum is not met at the October 9th meeting, Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. This meeting will be held online. To join, you may visit www.ciaservices.com and click on the annual meeting link on your community home page. Listen through your device or call 1-346-248-7799. Connection information is shown on the mailed notice.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
