Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Culebra Crossing Community Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 2025. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

If a quorum is not met at the July 28th meeting, Monday, August 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st Reconvened 2025 Annual Meeting. Connection information is shown on the mailed notice.

ELECTION. Four positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The two candidates to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a term of three years. The two candidates to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve for the remainder of a three-year term ending in 2027. Write-in candidates are allowed.
