Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of 8000 Del Donore Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at The Oaks Clubhouse Office located at 8000 Donore Place, San Antonio, Texas 78229.

If a quorum is not met at the June 14th meeting, Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvened date. The reconvened meeting will be held at The Oaks Clubhouse Office located at 8000 Donore Place, San Antonio, Texas 78229.

ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Per the Second Amended and Restated Bylaws, section 3.2.2, nominations will not be taken from the floor at the meeting. Write-in candidates are allowed.
