1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting

The Redland Springs Association, Inc. 1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the quorum requirements of the association were not met at our last attempt. Thus, the Election of Directors was unable to take place. However, an update on the community’s projects and progress was given. The purpose of the 1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting is for the Election of Directors only. The community needs you to vote to ensure a quorum is achieved and your Board of Directors election can be held! You will not need to submit a new vote if you have already submitted your vote.

Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the front of this page. Residents can also type the link provided on the mailed notice.

In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings.

• All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting. 
• You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
• Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.
