Good morning Pembroke Village Residents,

The Board of Directors would like to invite all homeowners to a Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Park.

The purpose of the meeting is to review the attached proposed amendment regarding leasing and the prohibition of short-term rentals within Pembroke Village. The proposed amendment would require residential leases to be for a minimum term of six (6) months and would expressly prohibit uses such as short-term rentals, vacation rentals, Airbnb, VRBO, temporary or transient housing, and similar uses.

The Community’s Attorney will be in attendance to review the proposed amendment and answer homeowner questions.
