Welcome to Treasure Island Online!
Treasure Island is a beautiful community on two adjacent islands in the middle of Lake McQueeney, an unincorporated area of Guadalupe County, known as McQueeney. There are 144 homes on these islands which were created in 1927 by the construction of a hydro-electric dam on the Guadalupe River.

Upcoming meetings for Treasure Island Homes Association
The Board of Directors meets quarterly. The meeting agenda is posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
The Annual Membership meeting and election is held each year in March or April. Notices are mailed to all owners prior to all membership meetings.
All meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community representative at least ten days in advance.
