2024 Yard of the Month
The Beautification Committee will be selecting a lovely yard for April, May, and June. Winners will be selected at the end of each month and will receive a $50 gift card and the opportunity to display the Yard of the Month sign in their garden. The winners will also receive much recognition and applause for helping to make Atascocita Timbers a beautiful community to live in.

Contract Constable Patrol
Atascocita Timbers/Atascocita Park has entered into a joint contract with several other Atascocita area communities for contract patrol services through Harris County Constable Precinct 4. Constables began contract services in ATHAC as of March 1, 2017. Click here to view the monthly patrol reports.

Pool Wristband Distribution 5/18 9 AM-12 PM, 2-5 PM
May 18, 2024 9:00 am - 12:00 am
Pool Season is Here! Board volunteers will be offering distribution within the community on the following dates and times:
May 11th from 9-11 AM, and 2-4 PM
May 18th from 9 AM -12 PM, and 2-5 PM
If you are unable to pick up your free swimming wristbands on either of these dates, you may visit the C.I.A. Services North Houston office at 18333 Timber Forest Drive to receive them. Bands may only be given out if you bring proof of residence within the community such as a valid driver’s license or a current utility bill showing your name and home address. Texas Law prohibits children under the age of 14 from swimming without an adult. All adults will need bands to visit the pool. There is a 2 persons per home guest limit for visiting the pool and bands for your family members are free.

The next meeting of the Atascocita Timbers Homeowners Association Board of Directors will be Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The meeting will be held directly after the annual meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be held at C.I.A. Services, 18333 Timber Forest Drive.
The Open Session will begin at 6:00 p.m. and homeowners are invited to attend at this time to ask general community questions during the Open Forum. The 2024 Annual Meeting of Atascocita Timbers Homeowners’ Association Corp. will be on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at C.I.A. Services’ North Office Board Room, located at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, Humble, Texas 77346.
