Welcome to Clear Creek Forest 13 POA located in Magnolia, Texas.  This beautiful community consists of 167 wooded acreage properties, a clubhouse, association monument and a baseball field for the owner’s enjoyment.

Being an acreage community allows property owners to enjoy quiet country living along with great views of wildlife.  In fact, it’s not unusual to see a family of deer wandering around in property owners’ yards or taking a stroll down the streets of the community each evening at dusk. The families who live in Clear Creek Forest have the best of both worlds: rural-style living and close proximity to restaurants, stores, medical facilities, and schools.

The association was established in December 1999 and is led by the very active Board of Directors.  Each of the five board members brings a valuable skill to the table, including accounting practices, reviewing construction plans, handyman services, or deed restriction enforcement.  The board members work together to ensure their community is a safe and enjoyable place to live.

In 2018, C.I.A. Services staff met with the board members to review the needs of the association, contracts, and services available. This meeting led to the board signing a full-service management contract with C.I.A. Services.  We are very proud to be their management partner and look forward to many years of a wonderful working relationship with the association.
