Requirements for the amendment process can be found in The Woods at Fair Oaks’ Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions under 8.9 B “By Owners. In addition to the method in Section 8.9A, this Declaration may be amended by the recording in the Official Records of Real Property of Bexar County, Texas an instrument executed by the President and Secretary of the Association, setting forth the amendment and certifying that such amendment has been approved by the Members entitled to cast at least sixty-seven percent (67%) of the number of votes entitled to be cast pursuant to Section 5.5 hereof.

Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2024 special members meeting of The Woods at Fair Oaks Homeowners Association will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at The Fair Oaks Ranch Country Club, located at 7900 Fair Oaks Pkwy, Fair Oaks Ranch, TX 78015. The purpose of this meeting is to vote on the included amendment to The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.

Vote. Vote APPROVED to adopt the Third Amendment and Supplement to The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.

Vote DISAPPROVED to not adopt the Third Amendment and Supplement to The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.
