Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2024 Annual Meeting of Brays Forest Patio Homes Maintenance Fund, Inc. will be on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Alief Neighborhood Center Library located at 11903 Bellaire Blvd, Room 1511, Houston, Texas 77072.

ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The two candidates to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for three-year terms. The candidate to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve for the remainder of a three-year term ending in 2026. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
