Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2024 Annual Meeting of The Mesas and Ridge at Canyon Springs Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting. Listen through your device or call 1-346-248-7799 and enter meeting ID 818-6280-7951. You can call the same number from a regular phone to listen, but you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.

Because of the online format, this meeting will be different from past in-person meetings.

All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
