Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. A Special Meeting of Brays Forest Patio Homes Maintenance Fund, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Alief Neighborhood Center, located at 11903 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, Texas 77072. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a tiebreaker vote to fill the remaining position on the Board of Directors.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this tiebreaker election to serve for a term of three years.
