Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of The Summit Mutual Amenities Association, Inc. will be on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Bigz Burger Joint, located at 2303 N. Loop 1604 W, San Antonio, Texas 78258.

If a quorum is not met at the November 18th meeting, Monday, November 30, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st Reconvened Annual Meeting. If a quorum is not met at the November 30th meeting, Wednesday, December 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 2nd Reconvened Annual Meeting. Both reconvened meetings will be held online. To join the reconvened meetings, you may visit www.ciaservices.com and click on the annual meeting link on your community home page. Listen through your device or call 1-346-248-7799. You may also use the link on the mailed notice.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
