Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Greensbrook Community Association, Inc. will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2026.

If a quorum is not met at the October 15th meeting at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6:15 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvened date. Both meetings will be held online.

In an online format, these meetings will be different from in-person meetings. Voting instructions are below.

All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Write-in candidates are allowed.
