Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Walker Ranch Homeowners Association will be on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Blanco BBQ, located at 13259 Blanco Rd. San Antonio, Texas 78216.

If a quorum is not met at the July 22nd meeting, Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st Reconvened meeting date. The meeting will be held online. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
