Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Granger Estates Homeowners Association will be on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Board of Directors, Tyrone Mouton’s Home, located at 16026 Rodale, Houston, Texas 77049.

ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The two candidates to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a term of two years. The candidate to receive the next most votes will be elected for the remainder of a two-year term ending in 2027. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
