Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Westover Valley Homeowners Association, Inc. will be on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Raba Elementary, located at 9740 Raba Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78251.

If a quorum is not met at the March 23rd meeting, Monday, April 27, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

ELECTION. (NUMBER) positions on the Board will be filled in this election for a term of (NUMBER) years. Write-in candidates will be accepted. Nominations will be accepted from the floor at the meeting.
