Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Fairfax Villages Homeowners Association, Inc. will be on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at C.I.A. Services’ Houston Region Office, located at 18333 Timber Forest, Humble, Texas 77346.

If a quorum is not met at the March 11th meeting, Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. This meeting will be held online. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The candidate to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a term of two years. The candidate to receive the next most votes will serve for the remainder of a two-year term to expire in 2027. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the original meeting only. Write-in candidates are allowed.
