Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Legacy Trails Cell-3 Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Raba Elementary, located at 9740 Raba Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78251. One position on the board will be elected at this meeting.

If a quorum of members is not reached at the February 3rd meeting, Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., has been chosen as the 1st Reconvened 2026 Annual Meeting Date. This meeting will be held online. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the meeting ID listed on the mailed notice.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
