Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Magnolia Heights Homeowners Association, Inc. will be on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Winn Murnin Elementary located at 9019 Dugas, San Antonio, Texas 78251.

If a quorum is not met at the November 13th meeting, Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. This meeting will be held online. ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of two years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
