Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Clayton’s Corner Community Association, Inc. will be on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at C.I.A. Services’ Houston Regional Office, located at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, Humble, Texas 77346.

If a quorum is not met at the 6:00 p.m. meeting on November 3rd, Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. This meeting will also be at the C.I.A. Services’ Houston Regional Office, located at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, Humble, Texas 77346.

ELECTION. One position on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
