Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Winn Brook Estates Homeowners Association will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025. The meeting will be held online. To join, you may visit www.ciaservices.com and click on the annual meeting link on your community home page.

If a quorum is not met at the September 29th meeting, Monday, October 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. The 1st reconvene 2025 Annual Meeting will be held online.
