Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Grand View Ranch Property Owners Association, Inc. will be held online at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the password and meeting ID listed on the front of this page. Residents can also type the link provided on the mailed notice.

ELECTION. Five positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of one year. Write-in candidates are allowed.
