Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Fairway Pointe Community Association, Inc. will be on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the South Shore Harbor Country Club, located at 4300 South Shore Blvd, League City, Texas 77573.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The candidate to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a three-year term. The candidate to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve for a two-year term. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
