Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 1st Reconvened 2025 Annual Meeting of Redland Springs Association, Inc. will be held online at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Unfortunately, the quorum requirements of the association were not met at our last attempt. Thus, the Election of Directors was unable to take place. However, an update on the community’s projects and progress was given. The purpose of the 1st Reconvened 2025 Annual Meeting is for the Election of Directors only. The community needs you to vote to ensure a quorum is achieved and your Board of Directors election can be held! You will not need to submit a new vote if you have already submitted your vote.

In an online format, this meeting will be different from in-person meetings. Voting instructions are below.

• All ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.
• You can join the meeting with any computer, tablet, or smartphone and ask questions during the open forum using the chat feature. You will be able to view the Annual Report presentation.
• Although you can listen with a regular phone, you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The candidate to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a term of three years. The candidate to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve for a term of two years. Write-in candidates are allowed.

VALIDATION. You must enter the 6 digit PIN from the written meeting announcement to validate your vote. Votes without a PIN or with an incorrect PIN will not be counted.
