Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Harper Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. will be on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Debbie Hawthorn, located at 20230 Bristol Mesa, San Antonio, Texas 78249.

If a quorum is not met at the April 16th meeting, Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvened date. If a quorum is not met at the May 1st meeting, Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 2nd reconvened date. Both reconvened meetings will be held online. Connect to the reconvened meetings using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting, and enter the meeting ID listed on the mailed notice. Due to the online format of the reconvened meetings, all ballots must be cast prior to the meeting, and the results will be announced at the meeting.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The candidate to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a term of three years. The candidate to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve for a term of one year. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
