Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2024 Annual Meeting of Churchill Homeowners Association will be on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Longhorn Café located at 17625 Blanco Rd. San Antonio, Texas 78232.

If a quorum is not met at the December 10th meeting, Monday, December 30, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. has been chosen as the 1st reconvene date. This meeting will be held online. To attend, click the meeting link on the community homepage on the day of the meeting. Or for audio only, call 1-346-248-7799. Enter the meeting ID and passcode listed on the mailed notice when prompted.

ELECTION. Two positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election to serve for a term of three years. Nominations will be taken from the floor at the meeting, and write-in candidates are allowed.
