Why are we conducting this election?

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT. The 2024 Annual Meeting of Cinco Ranch Commercial Association II, Inc. will be held online on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Connect to the meeting using the link posted on the community home page from any computer, tablet, or smartphone on the day of the meeting. Listen through your device or call 1-346-248-7799 and enter the meeting ID and password on the mailed notice. You can call the same number from a regular phone to listen, but you will not be able to see the presentation or ask questions.

ELECTION. Three positions on the Board of Directors will be filled in this election. The two candidates to receive the most votes will be elected to serve for a term of two-years. The candidate to receive the next most votes will be elected to serve for the remainder of a two-year term ending in 2025. Write-in candidates are allowed.
