Baseball field reservation
To schedule your rental, please check the calendar to make sure your date is available, then complete and send the reservation request form. A C.I.A. Services representative will contact you within 2 business days with additional information.
Use of the Bay Oaks Community Association (“BOCA”) baseball field located at the Bay Oaks Nature Park on Village Elm St. (the “Field”), is subject to the follow terms and conditions of use:
1. A reservation is required to secure exclusive use of the Field for a given day and time by filling out the BOCA Hold Harmless Baseball Field Agreement.
2. Reservations for the Field are taken on a first come, first served basis.
3. Execution and filing of this Agreement with the Association management company is the sole means of reserving the Field.
4. Reservation is limited exclusively to Bay Oaks residents.
5. A Bay Oaks resident must be present at all times at the Field during the reserved time periods.
6. The maximum number of days in any calendar week that may be reserved is three (3) and no more than two (2) of those days may be consecutive.
7. A team/group is limited to one (1) reservation period per week. Any attempts to circumvent this requirement by having another qualified resident reserve other days of that calendar week on behalf of that same team/group will result in revocation of both reservations.
8. The use period that may be reserved on any reserved day is not to exceed one and one half (1.5) hours.
9. The reserved area is limited to a physical space not to exceed 50 yards (150 ft.) from the backstop of the baseball field.
10. No vehicles are allowed in the park or on the Field. All vehicles must remain on the street.
11. All trash and landscape debris including grass clippings must be collected and placed in the proper trash receptacles.
12. Excessive noise or use of inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
13. Violation of any one of these terms and conditions may lead to a cancellation of the Agreement.
14. By signing the Agreement, signatory agrees to abide by all of the above terms and conditions of use.
