Become a Volunteer

Homeowners Associations thrive on volunteers and there will be many volunteer opportunities available. The dedication and skills of volunteers are an invaluable commodity.

Eastpoint Section 4 currently does not have any established committees.  However, as the community grows there will be opportunities to volunteer. Whatever your motivation, there will be a place just for you.

Committee Volunteers

Committee Volunteers

Architectural Review
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is currently comprised of the Board members.

This committee reviews all home improvement applications submitted by homeowners requesting improvement to their home such as a new roof, paint or a pool.

The Members must have an understanding of the governing documents as well as strong decision making ability. This committee is responsible to ensure submissions are in compliance with the general design aesthetic of the community and be able to work within time constraints.

Social
This Committee plans and executes community social events. An ability to work within a budget and deadline is necessary.
