Nestled in the heart of Stone Oak is the tranquil scenic community of San Antonio Remington Heights. You would never know when living in Remington Heights that you are a stone’s throw away from anything you and loved ones would need, such as prestigious schools, emergency facilities, large and small retail businesses, religious facilities, and an endless offering of food and beverage restaurants and choices for nightlife. Remington Heights is wrapped in the beating corridor of Highway 281 N. and Loop 1604, one of the fast-growing developments outside of San Antonio. Homeowners and their families do not need to drive more than thirty minutes in any direction to reach destinations such as Fiesta Texas, downtown San Antonio, the wine tours of Boerne and the Hill Country.
Even with all these great choices, everyone knows the summers in Texas can keep folks indoors and very close to home in search of relaxation. The beautifully landscaped pool center and park gives residents the advantage to stay close and lie in the shade next to the cool waters of the pools or on the playground.
The Homeowners Association Board of Directors is built of five resident volunteers with a passion to keep Remington Heights beautiful and evenly maintained. They are also focused on hosting family-oriented events throughout the year. They feel strongly that a community is only as strong as its residents are and always welcome new volunteers to build on the whole team effort. Summer events and coffee with the Board are just two of their popular times when they get to know their homeowners better.
We are excited to have the opportunity to again be partnered with the Board of Directors of San Antonio Remington Heights. Their decision in changing management back to C.I.A. Services with the goals of bringing focus to improved customer relations and responses to the needs of the association quickly become our goals as well. Welcome back! Together as a team, we look forward to a successful partnership.
