Woodforest North Section II Homeowners Association

Woodforest North II Homeowners Association is an older Community that is well maintained and a wonderful place to call home for it’s 800 plus homeowners.

Woodforest North II has done such an excellent job of keeping the property maintained that you would think it’s a lot newer than its 23 years. The community Board of Directors, volunteers and homeowners all strive to keep everything in good repair and work hard to give all the homeowners a voice in what their desires are for the Community without paying the assessment fees that a newer community might have.

Each decision Woodforest makes that affects the entire community is carefully thought out, researched and decided on only if it is for the betterment of the community. Each month homeowners turn out to voice their opinions about the community and this is where the volunteers come from. Much of Woodforest’s success is due to the wonderful volunteers. They have had and want to continue to have large community events including National Night Out and this year the Annual Meeting will be held on a Saturday as a Bar-b-que with numerous officials speaking about issues that affect the homeowners and their area. A community-wide garage sale is also held twice a year and because of the participation of so many, it is a huge success.

The Community is going through some exciting changes with new Board Members that are fired up about volunteering to help make Woodforest North II an even better place to call home. The website for Woodforest is maintained by a new Board member. She makes sure that it is filled with a lot of useful information for residents of the community and gives the homeowners another way to voice their opinions and make sure they are heard.

C.I.A. Services, Inc. has been proud to manage Woodforest North II for the last 5 years.

Congratulations to the Board of Directors, volunteers and all homeowners of Woodforest North II for becoming Community of the month and making your community one of the best!
