Apr 2017 News
The 2017 pool season is quickly approaching and we’re very excited to have Aquatica Pool Mgmt, Inc. managing our swimming pool again this year. Even though the season is only a few months away, Aquat-ica is busy accepting applications for lifeguards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at your neighborhood swimming pool!
Apply at Aquatica-Pools.com, select the "employment" tab and fill out a new employee applica-tion. For questions, contact Katie Dallenbeck at (210) 885-7554.
Concerned neighbors speaking out
When setting out trash to be collected, be courteous and secure box/trashcan lids. Wind gusts can scatter loose trash/recycling material. Hide your containers from public view after trash pickup.
Trim bushes/tree limbs away from the road. These obstacles can block the view of drivers and prevent emergency vehicles from accessing our neighborhood.
Rodents becoming a problem. Be mindful about leaving food out for pets, birds and squirrels which can attract rodents, snakes and other unwanted pests.
Speed limit in our neighborhood is 20 mph on Dimrock and 30 mph on Woodland Oaks Drive (20mph by the pool). Residents are walking, jogging, bicycling and out playing. Please keep an eye out for them and SLOW DOWN.
Overgrown lawns/weeds are an eyesore. Please take pride in the appearance of your property and keep it mowed and trimmed. Don’t leave your clippings in the street.
Basketball hoops on public right-of-way or stored in front of properties. Equipment must be put away when not in use.
It’s that time of the year to start registering for the 2017 pool season!
We will automatically register residents (renters see below) for the 2017 season if you are in good standing with the HOA and were registered during the 2016 pool season. Residents may be contacted to verify certain pieces of information contained on their registration card.
Unregistered Homeowners who have never registered! You will be asked to show a copy of utility bill (light or water) and a drivers license.
Renters! You will need to show us a current lease agreement listing family members authorized to reside on the property and a form of ID. If you have an extension lease agreement--you will have to show us the original lease.
