The Board members are elected by the membership at the annual meeting. The terms held are determined by the position. The Annual Meeting is held in November of each year. If a director is unable to complete their full term, the Board will appoint someone to fill that seat until that term expires.

Curb Appeal
Curb Appeal

Curb appeal is what you, visitors and prospective buyers see when driving or walking through our neighborhood. First impressions are lasting impressions. Here are a few things you can do in order to create curb appeal and a good first impression.

1.
Keep your garage doors closed if the garage is being used for storage or as an area to socialize.
2. Keep your lawn, shrubs and surrounding area well maintained.
3. Park your car in the driveway.
4. Pick up trash and old newspapers.
5. Remove trash and recycle bins from the curbside in a timely manner.
6. Store trash and recycle bins out of sight.

Exterior Modifications
Exterior Modifications All exterior alterations or improvements to a property must be reviewed and approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. The ACC will review the request and render a decision within 30 days. If it is not approved as submitted, the ACC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval.

To complete your application, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There you will enter all of the information needed in order for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied with project details or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project in conjunction with the property lines and easements when applicable.

As soon as you have gathered your information, you are ready to get started.

Visit the Community Documents page to review all of the Associations governing documents or click Modification Guidelines.
