Recreational Space

Cinco Ranch Southwest has recreation centers, parks, trails and natural areas. There are two recreation centers which include a clubhouse, meeting space, swimming pools, tennis courts and play equipment. The third recreation center is set to open in 2012. In addition, smaller parks and playgrounds are spread throughout the community all connected by sidewalks.

Residents can access all facilities with an access card provided by the Association. To receive access cards, residents must complete a registration form available on this website. One card is provided to each owner for free. Additional or replacement cards are $25 each. A family may have up to four activated cards at any time.

The Lake House
The Lake House Location: 25202 Springwood Lake Drive, Katy, TX 77494 (adjacent to Spring Green Blvd)

This is the community clubhouse with 5 meeting spaces that can be combined or used separately. The Lake House has 120 chairs. Rentals are handled by onsite staff at 281-394-7195. Extension 7000 should be contacted in regards to facility rentals.

Lake House Pool
Lake House Pool Location: 25202 Springwood Lake Drive, Katy, TX 77494 (adjacent to Spring Green Blvd)

This is the main pool facility with a main pool, wading pool, splash pad and a large double tube slide. The pool is only open when lifeguards are on duty during posted pool hours (closed Mondays). Users must have an access card to enter. Guests are allowed. Pool rentals and swim lessons are coordinated through the pool management company, Sweetwater Pools, (281) 988-8480. Pool rentals and lessons are only allowed outside of normal pool hours.

Pool is open weekends in May (starting on the 1st full weekend). Once school is out, the pool will be open all week with the exception of Mondays when the pool is closed for cleaning. Once school is back in session, we will be open weekends only through September.

Pool Hours: Tuesday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Sunday 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Rosewood Pool

Rosewood Tennis Courts
Rosewood Tennis Courts Location: 26418 Cinco Terrace Drive, Katy, TX 77494 (adjacent to Fry Road)

Three lighted tennis courts. Tennis court hours are from 5am-11pm everyday. Residents may use their access card to enter the tennis courts. There are also restrooms, water fountains and soft drink machines at the adjacent swimming pool building which are available via access cards during the same hours as the tennis courts.

Cinco I Recreational Facilities
The Cinco I and Cinco II Associations have agreed to share community recreation facilities. Residents from both associations can use facilities in either association with the common access cards obtained from their own association. Note that clubhouses, pools and tennis courts are limited access (i.e. they require an access card to use the facility) but parks, playgrounds, greenbelts and lakes are open to the general public. The Cinco I limited access facilities are listed below:

Cinco Life Mission Statement Cinco Ranch is a community where people not only live, work and play, but put down roots and build relationships and get involved in a way that creates a better quality of life for themselves, their neighbors, and the community at large. The purpose of Cinco Southwest Community Council is to provide programs, activities and services to facilitate and enhance community life in Cinco Ranch, and the greater community, while responding to individual and collective creativity and interests. 

In pursuit of this purpose, Cinco Southwest Community Council focuses on five areas: Social, Educational, Cultural, Environmental and Charitable. 

Social: provide programs, events, clubs and other opportunities for personal interactions, engage residents with volunteer and leadership opportunities

Educational: provide community intranet portal, provide scholarships or educational endowments, promote community standards

Cultural: provide and support cultural and artistic programs, explore rich cultural diversity

Environmental: promote conservation and environmental programs, promote health and wellness programs

Charitable: match volunteers with volunteering opportunities, support local community service organizations

What is Community Council?
Cinco Ranch is a community where people not only live, work and play, but put down roots, build relationships, and get involved in a way that creates a better quality of life for themselves, their neighbors, and the community at large. Cinco Ranch Southwest Community Council (CRSWCC) is a community-based, non-profit corporation whose purpose is to provide programs, activities, and services to facilitate and enhance community life in the Cinco Ranch community and the greater community, while responding to individual creativity and interests.

The residents of Cinco Ranch benefit from CRSWCC by generating, preserving, and enhancing a true sense of community. This enhanced lifestyle and higher quality of life contribute to the betterment of the Cinco Ranch community and the surrounding community.

Services and Utilities

Water & Sewer
Water & Sewer Water service in the Cinco Ranch Southwest area is managed by Inframark (formerly Severn Trent). 

To establish service or address billing questions, contact Inframark at 281-579-4500.

For maintenance issues call 281-398-8211.

Streetlights
Street lighting in the community is paid through your annual assessments and the lights are maintained by Center Point Energy. They do not do routine inspections of the lights so the only way to make sure a light is repaired is to contact Center Point. You’ll need the 6 digit pole shown on the pole and the approximate address or intersection. Call them at 713-207-2222 or click here to report the outage online. Online reporting is very easy.

Trash Service
Trash Service New homeowners need to call Best Trash and request a trash/recycle bin be delivered to their house and start service with them. The trash pick up days are Tuesday (trash and recycle) and Friday (trash and heavy pick up). Trash should not be placed out for pickup until 6:00 pm the night before scheduled service.

Best Trash will provide each current residence with one recycling bin. Best Trash will replace any bins that are defective or otherwise become unusable due to normal wear and tear. Theft, lost or additional bins can be replaced at $9.00 each by calling Best Trash. The charge will be added to your next water bill.

Holidays: If your regular pick-up falls on a holiday (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th - Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day), the pick-up will be made on the next regular scheduled pick-up day. If you’re recycling day falls on a holiday it will be picked up the next week on your normal scheduled recycle day.
